By accessing or using the tazkiyah.co website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This website provides information about our engineering capabilities, public work, and proprietary products. Using this site or submitting an inquiry does not form a binding contract for services until an explicit engagement agreement is executed.

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tazkiyah.co (the "Site"), operated by Tazkiyah Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), a software engineering studio registered in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue using the Site.

2. Services & Digital Products

tazkiyah.co showcases software engineering, web application development, mobile application development, cloud architecture, and specialized distributed backend development services offered by Tazkiyah Technologies.

The Site also provides links to digital platforms engineered in-house, including Tazkiyah Finance (hosted at app.tazkiyah.co) and Aangan (hosted at joinaangan.com). Each independent platform may have supplemental terms specific to its feature set.

3. Engagement and Proposals

Submitting a project inquiry or discussing prospective engineering work via our contact form does not create an obligation or binding contract for software development services. Professional engagements are formalised exclusively through a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) mutually signed by authorized parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all visual interfaces, graphic marks, branding, architectural diagrams, written documentation, and proprietary software code on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Tazkiyah Technologies and are protected under Pakistani and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Client software built under custom engineering contracts is governed by the specific terms of the applicable client contract, ensuring sovereign IP ownership as agreed.

5. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts or scrapers to overload, degrade, or disrupt the Site's availability.
Submit malicious code, spam, or false inquiries through the contact interface.
Attempt unauthorized penetration, reverse engineering, or extraction of non-public infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take pride in production excellence, we do not warrant that site access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazkiyah Technologies and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, or inability to access, the Site or informational content therein.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any matters arising out of or related to this website are governed by and construed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
