Terms of Service
Legal framework and operation guides governing the usage of the Tazkiyah Forensic Terminal.
Institutional Agreement
By activating the Tazkiyah Interface ("the Terminal"), you formally acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Guide Specifications ("Terms"). Access is granted subject to strict adherence to these mandates. If you dispute any provision, you are required to terminate your session immediately.
Forensic Disclaimer
Doctrine Notice
Tazkiyah functions exclusively as a Forensic Research Terminal. We do not provide religious fatwas, financial advisory, or fiduciary consulting. All compliance verdicts are generated through our proprietary algorithmic interpretation of Shariah principles applied to public financial datasets.
Final verification of compliance status remains the sole responsibility of the user. Tazkiyah provides the tools; the user exercises the judgment. Our evaluations are technical audits, not spiritual certifications.
Operational License
The Tazkiyah License grants a limited, non-transferable right to access the Terminal for individual forensic audit purposes. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
- ▹Extraction or commercial repackaging of Terminal data.
- ▹Automated scraping or unauthorized API consumption.
- ▹Reverse engineering of the screening logic.
- ▹Removal of proprietary doctrine watermarks.
Integrity of Credentials
Users are mandated to maintain the integrity of their access credentials. Any compromise of Terminal access must be reported to the Security Guide officer immediately. Each account is an individual identity; sharing access is a fundamental policy violation and will result in immediate termination.
Limitation of Fiduciary Responsibility
Tazkiyah, its developers, and stakeholders shall not be held liable for any financial depreciation, loss of capital, or incidental damages resulting from the use of Terminal insights. The software is provided "AS DEFINED" without warranties of spiritual or commercial outcomes.
